How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders of ₹1,499 or more. Below that, the charge for your PIN code is shown at checkout, before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 2 working days; delivery takes 4-7 working days after that, by PIN code. Each product page shows the date for your PIN code.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to anywhere in India served by our courier partners. Enter your PIN code on a product page or at checkout to see whether we deliver there, the charge, and whether cash on delivery is available. We do not ship outside India at present.

2. When your order leaves

2.1 We dispatch orders within 2 working days of confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. A COD order is confirmed when it is placed. An online-paid order is confirmed when the payment succeeds.

2.2 If any item will take longer (for example, a made-to-order or pre-order product), its product page says so. We tell you the expected date before you order.

3. How long delivery takes

3.1 After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4-7 working days, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas may take longer. The checkout and your order page show an estimate for your address.

3.2 These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is significantly late, contact us.

3.3 If we deliver later than the date we told you, you may cancel and get a full refund, unless the delay was caused by events outside our control (for example, natural disasters, strikes, or restrictions imposed by authorities).

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your PIN code and what you order. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Cash on delivery

COD is available at PIN codes our couriers serve for COD.
Please keep the exact amount ready. The courier may not carry change. [Whether couriers accept UPI at the door.]
Never pay more than the amount on your order page. Our couriers will never ask you for a one-time code to "confirm" a COD payment, except a delivery code we send you ourselves.

6. Tracking your order

When your order ships, we send you the courier's name and tracking number by SMS and email. You can follow every step on our Track Order page, using your order number and mobile number.

7. If delivery fails

7.1 If the courier cannot deliver (for example, nobody is home, the address is incomplete, or the phone is unreachable), they try again, usually [up to 3 times].

7.2 We may send you a message with a link, so you can choose to have it delivered again on another day, or correct your address or phone number.

7.3 If delivery still fails, the parcel returns to us ("RTO").

Prepaid orders: we refund the amount paid, [less the delivery charges, if the failure was because of a wrong address or your refusal; MERCHANT TO DECIDE, within the law].
COD orders: nothing is charged to you.
Repeated refusals: we may switch off COD for a phone number that has refused several parcels without reason.

8. Receiving your parcel

8.1 Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before you accept it. If it looks opened or damaged, refuse it, or note this with the courier, and tell us within [48 hours].

9. Address changes

You can change the delivery address or phone number before dispatch by contacting us. After dispatch, we can try to update it through the courier, but cannot promise to.
